Family Festival by the Sea at Lido Beach Town Park
This 38th annual Town of Hempstead event features midway rides for all ages, live music, children's shows including the National Circus Project, a petting zoo, pony rides, carnival games, craft vendors and favorite fair food. Festival hours are 4-10 pm Friday, 11 am - 10 pm Saturday, and 11 am - 6 pm Sunday.
Admission is free. Unlimited ride wristbands (for riders 36 inches and taller) are $15. Ride tickets are $1.50 each, $25 for 20 tickets, or $50 for 50 tickets plus 1 free ride. (Rides take 2 or more tickets each.) For more information, visit Family Festival.
