In 1916, The Newark Museum sparked the idea of establishing a Junior Museum inspire and encourage collecting among children. Active from 1917 to 2010, the Junior Museum program helped over 60,000 children discover their passions, launched careers, and created a supportive lifelong community.
NMOA is thrilled to relaunch this beloved program. Fall 2026 courses are now open for registration.
