Beak Week is an exciting, new, week-long birding competition happening this April. Participants of all ages and skill levels are invited to participate by creating a team, competing as a pair, or testing individual skills.
Registrants will collect pledges and spend the week of April 17–24 exploring New Jersey bird habitats including woodlands, shores, and even urban landscapes. Participants will record as many different species of birds as they possibly can. It does not matter if you are an experienced birder, or brand new to the world of birding. All are welcome to join this friendly competition in support of the Cora Hartshorn Arboretum and Bird Sanctuary in Short Hills, NJ.
