The Bridgewater Spring Carnival event is presented by the Shimon and Sara Birnbaum Jewish Community Center (JCC) in partnership with Bridgewater Township and Bridgewater Commons. The Carnival is a rain or sunshine event. Proceeds benefit the JCC Sustainability Fund.
Admission is FREE to the Carnival and includes all Carnival rides, games and inflatables. There will be a DJ and food trucks, with food available for purchase. Guests can purchase a $10 wrist band all-inclusive of pony rides and an arts & crafts tent.
“We are so pleased to be partnering with the JCC for this great community event,” said Bridgewater Township Mayor Matthew Moench. “The Carnival is a great opportunity for families from all over Bridgewater to come together in a safe and fun atmosphere. I will be there with my family and I hope to see all of you on May 1.”

Bridgewater Commons is located at 400 Commons Way, Bridgewater, NJ. The Carnival will take place at Lord & Taylor Parking Lot 9.

The Birnbaum JCC, Bridgewater Township and Bridgewater Commons also partner on the annual Bridgewater Community Day event, a free outdoor family event that features Touch-a-Truck, Dog Day, inflatables, game truck, crafts, music, vendors, food trucks and more. The 5th Annual Bridgewater Community Day will be held on Sunday, September 18, 2022 from 11 AM – 2PM outdoors at Bridgewater Commons. The Shimon and Sara Birnbaum Jewish Community Center is a social service agency that serves residents of all ages residing in Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties, providing fitness, recreational, social, cultural and educational programs for the entire community. The state-of-the-art facility includes an indoor salt based heated pool (with ramp access), outdoor salt based heated pool with dome enclosure during the off season, gymnasium, fitness center, group fitness studios, and indoor and outdoor functional training areas. The JCC offers a wide variety of adult educational and cultural programs including lectures, film series and trips. The JCC Blaustein Early Childhood Center provides childcare for ages 6 weeks through full day Kindergarten and the J-Crew After School Program is open to children in Grades K-6. JCC Camp Ruach is the JCC’s summer day camp for children ages three years through 9th Grade.
