Described as "nothing short of enchanting" by All About Jazz in 2015, AS IS is the musical union of jazz guitarist, Alan Schulman and jazz vocal stylist, Stacey Lynn Schulman. The couple - both on and off stage - have made a name for themselves for their imaginative re-expressions of 20th century song classics. AS IS takes audiences on an intimate journey through the world and words of songs long-forgotten - but newly created - with both the soulfulness and swing that's accessible, memorable and highly musical. AS IS donates ALL proceeds from the sale of their “Here’s To Life” music track to the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Educational Foundation (ILADEF). The single was also the backdrop of a Radio PSA to raise awareness about Lyme Disease throughout summer 2018. https://www.asisjazz.com/
“The Sourland Mountain Happy Hour” is a part of a monthly series of live music shows featuring New Jersey artists. The Happy Hour will be offered via Zoom on the first Thursday of each month, 6:00 – 7:00 PM, until June 3. Tickets are on sale now for just $10.
