The Eagle has landed: 43 years ago, the Lunar Module, nicknamed Eagle, touched down on the surface of the moon. A few hours later, Neil Armstrong, stepped off of the Eagle's ladder, placed one foot upon the moon's surface and proclaimed: "That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind".

Experience the magic of space at a local planetarium, including The Dreyfus Planetarium at the Newark Museum.  Current show - Zula Patrol 2: Down to Earth, a 35 minute show that entertains and teaches about the formation and development of the earth. Wednesday through Sunday, 1:30 and 2:30 pm. 
Recommended for children ages 5 to 9.
