NJ Kids Recipe: Quick Fruit Smoothie

Makes 2 smoothies

Kids snacking

1 cup vanilla yogurt

1 cup frozen strawberries

½ cup frozen blueberries

1 frozen banana, peeled

1/4 cup orange juice

Procedure:

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
