Berkshire United Sports Camp provides a high-level sports-centric experience for male and female athletes ages 9-16. We focus on individual skill and athletic development with a daily dose of traditional summer camp. Our program blends focused athletic training with the friendships, fun, and community that define a great camp experience.

Activities for Campers at Berkshire United

Athletes select one Primary Sport to focus on throughout their session and receive personalized coaching designed to accelerate skill development, confidence, and overall growth. Each day includes two hours of dedicated training in the morning and three hours in the afternoon, with one session centered on fitness and wellness. This structure ensures athletes build strong fundamentals while also supporting their physical and mental well-being.

THE TRADITION - The part of our daily program that offers each camper a traditional camp experience. It’s where athletes unwind, try new things, and build friendships that last long after camp ends.

Choice and independence are key to personal growth. Each day includes a mix of electives and structured activities, giving campers the freedom to follow their interests and discover new passions. From creative pursuits to outdoor adventures, our electives are designed to spark curiosity and build confidence.

Electives Include: Sports Broadcasting, Graphic Design, Flag Football, Outdoor Adventure, Pickleball, Fitness, Photography, Arts & Crafts, Squash, Team Handball, Kickball Games

When the sun goes down, evenings at Berkshire United shift into a relaxed, high-energy mix of programs and special events. Each night brings something new: from College Days competitions to game show challenges, each night is centered around creating moments that feel spontaneous and fun. No matter what's on the schedule, evenings are about connection, community, and memories that stick with campers long after summer ends.

EVENING ACTIVITY HIGHLIGHTS: College Days Sports Competition, Opening & Closing Campfire with S’mores, Trivia Night, Sports Movie Night & Pop-Up Candy Canteen, Big Ball Soccer, Camper vs Staff, Soccer under the lights, Game Show Mania.
