StageWorks Theatre Group Summer Camps

StageWorks Theatre Group summer camps offer young performers a joyful, confidence-building musical theatre experience in a professional and inclusive environment. Our week-long camps give students hands-on training in acting, singing, and dance, led by experienced theatre educators who create a supportive, engaging environment for performers of all experience levels. Campers collaborate, build confidence, and grow as artists while working toward a shared creative goal.

What sets StageWorks apart is our ability to pair exciting, thoughtfully designed camp themes with meaningful performance opportunities. Each camp culminates in a performance where campers share what they’ve learned with family and friends. From imaginative introductory camps for younger students to more advanced offerings and full musical productions, StageWorks camps meet students where they are as we encourage growth, creativity, and a love of theatre while delivering a polished and rewarding stage experience.

Tiny Star Camp Offerings

Tiny Stars: Circle of Life
Get started on the stage! Our friendly and welcoming staff will get your child singing, dancing, and acting to some of their favorite songs- no matter their previous experience on stage!

Step into the jungle on a theatre adventure! Campers will sing, dance, and act to songs from The Lion King, Tarzan, The Jungle Book, and more! Campers will explore rhythm, movement, and storytelling while building confidence on stage. Our camps culminate in a celebration showcase of everything campers have learned throughout the week on Friday at 5:30pm.

Join us for either a morning or afternoon session of Tiny Stars camp- or stay the whole day! Both morning and afternoon groups will learn different songs and dances, and those that participate in both will get a lunch break from 11:45-12:15pm everyday. Both groups will participate in a joint showcase on Friday evening.

Tiny Stars: Under the Sea

Dive into a week of ocean adventures! Featuring songs from Moana, SpongeBob SquarePants, The Little Mermaid, and Finding Nemo, campers will sing, dance, and act their way through undersea worlds filled with fun characters and colorful music. Our camps culminate in a celebration showcase of everything campers have learned throughout the week on Friday at 5:30pm.

Fly through the skies in this magical musical theatre adventure! Campers will soar with Peter Pan, journey over the rainbow with The Wizard of Oz, fly with Mary Poppins, ride a magic carpet with Aladdin and more! Our camps culminate in a celebration showcase of everything campers have learned throughout the week on Friday at 5:30pm.

Rising Stars Camp Offerings
Rising Stars: Rotten to the Core
It’s good to be bad! Campers will unleash their inner villains as they sing and dance to favorite songs from Descendants 1–4. Throughout the week, students will sharpen their acting, singing, and dancing skills while rehearsing for a showcase packed with the most iconic numbers from all the Descendants movies, culminating in a wicked performance of everything they’ve learned on Friday at 7:00 PM.

Rising Stars: Queen Bees
Rule the stage with confidence in this musical theatre camp! Featuring powerhouse characters from hit musicals like Mean Girls, Six, Legally Blonde, and more, campers will discover how to channel their inner Broadway star as they sing, dance, and act through showstopping scenes and songs. Throughout the week, students will build their performance skills, strengthen their stage presence, and develop their own “queen bee” confidence, culminating in a Friday evening showcase of everything they’ve learned at 5:30pm.

Rising Stars: Wicked Wiz of Oz
Follow one yellow brick road through three amazing musicals! This camp combines songs and stories from The Wizard of Oz, Wicked, and The Wiz. Campers will bring classic and contemporary hits to life as they sing, dance, and act to bring Oz to life. Journey through the Emerald City and Munchkinland, experiencing Oz through different characters’ points of view and discovering how each story connects. At the end of the week, campers will get to perform all they’ve learned for family and friends on Friday at 5:00pm.

Rising Stars: Page to Stage
Write your own musical! In this one-of-a-kind camp experience, students will work together to dream up original characters, stories, and songs, and then bring them to life on stage. Campers will explore every step of the theatre-making process, from brainstorming ideas and writing lyrics, to staging and performing their very own musical. By the end of the week, they’ll get to star in the debut of their musical for an audience of family and friends on Friday at 5:30pm.

Half Day Intensives

Build Your Book Audition Intensive
Good preparation is the key to any successful audition. Learn what casting directors are expecting you to have prepared when you walk into the room. Spend the week with our instructors receiving personalized material and recommendations for song and audition preparation.

You will leave this camp with a high-resolution professional headshot, along with one carefully selected uptempo song and one ballad to add to your audition repertoire, both personally chosen and coached through with our faculty.

Students have the option to enroll in either Build Your Book Audition Intensive or our Broadway Dance Bootcamp Intensive, or participate in both. For well-rounded audition preparation, we highly recommend taking both sessions to strengthen vocal technique and performance skills as well as refine dance-call abilities. Students enrolled in both sessions will receive a lunch break from 11:45-12:15pm everyday!

Broadway Dance Bootcamp Intensive
Get ready to dance like a Broadway star, with Broadway dancers! Each day this week, campers will learn exciting, high-energy choreography inspired by some of Broadway’s hottest shows currently playing on Broadway stages. After a quick warmup and stretch, campers will learn a new routine from a new show, receive feedback on technique and style, and polish their performance through focused rehearsal and coaching. Get ready for a week of fast-paced and fun dance training with dance professionals!
