CAMP FAIR REGISTRATION 2023

We're excited to be launching our in-person camp fairs for 2023. The registration form will allow you to register for the following:

NJ Camp Fairs - select from 1 to 7 camp fairs that you wish to attend
Camp Guide 2023 (print and digital publication - annual) - select ad size
Camp Fair Sponsor Package (logo on bags, branding opportunities, eblasts) - select full package or select individual items
Digital Camp Advertising - select from 2-, 3- or 5-month exposure packages (includes sponsored content, newsletters, banners, listings and digital ads)

Fill out and submit form on this page.
An agreement/invoice summarizing your order will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours. You may make changes to your order at this time. All discounts will be reflected automatically and you will have a chance to review.
Send in payment via online bill pay. Payment must be received at time of reservation to confirm your space.
Submit ad materials to prepare for your campaign. The link will be sent via email.

To receive the early bird rate, payment must be received by the specified date, or the rate will automatically adjust to current rate.
If there is weather related issue, the fair will be postponed. There willl be no refunds. Snow date will be in effect.
Fair will close out once space runs out. There are limited number of booths, therefore reserve ahead of time.
We reserve the right to cancel any particular fair location if we find insufficient demand by Dec 15, 2022; you will receive 100% refund. We reserve the right to give away your booth if payment is not received within 30 days of invoice date.
