Greetings from My Gym in NJ!  First and foremost, we hope everyone at home is healthy, happy, and safe.  All of us at My Gym, too, are doing our part to “flatten the curve.”  We certainly hope that with continued efforts to contain the virus and preserve our community’s health, we’ll all get back to normal soon.

We know how hard it is to be stuck at home, and physical activity for kids is still so important.  So, with that in mind, we have some GREAT news!  We have launched My Gym LIVE!  This program will give your child the opportunity to jump, wiggle, sing, dance, and move along with us teachers as we’re leading interactive classes streaming LIVE online.  Or if your child has a birthday coming up, we can make them feel special and celebrate with family & friends with our My Gym LIVE interactive Birthday Parties! 

My Gym LIVE brings our amazing curriculum to your living room, backyard, or home dojo!  These are NOT prerecorded videos; this is LIVE instruction from our fun and entertaining My Gym teachers.

Here’s how the CLASSES work:

Instead of meeting in person each week, you and your kids will attend as a supplement to your children’s home education, learning, fitness, and play.  All you have to do is sign up for $89, and we’ll waive the membership fee and upgrade you to Unlimited LIVE classes!  Plus, you’ll immediately be granted access to all of our extraordinary member benefits.

Schedule:  Our My Gym LIVE class schedule is available on our website here.  You can sign up anytime on mygym.com/newprovidence, mygym.com/glenrock, or mygym.com/westfield – and, just like in tMy Gym LIVE classes he gym, your first class is always free!  Alternatively, you can text or email us, and we’ll gladly enroll you.  Once you’re enrolled, you can add your LIVE classes by logging in to your mygym.com account, scrolling down to Unlimited Credits, and clicking Schedule Unlimited.

Attend:  On your class day and time, log on to your class from your laptop, smart TV, tablet, or phone and watch LIVE interactive classes led by our amazing My Gym teachers.

Enjoy and Repeat!  It’s unlimited!  Attend as many classes as you like within your child’s age group each week.  Whether you are in a parent and me class, a Mighty Mites class, or our Ninja Program, we will have awesome curriculum carefully crafted for your child’s development.  Siblings are welcome too with our all inclusive family rate.

Here’s how the ONLINE BIRTHDAY PARTIES for Kids work:

  • The cost is $100 and the parties are perfect for children ages 1 - 8 years.
  • Pick one of our available time slots.
  • Download the free ZOOM app.
  • Invite as many party guests as you like and let them know the day and time you selected.  Have them download the free ZOOM app as well.
  • We will send you a private ZOOM link that you will forward to all of your guests.  Just click on the link on the day/time you selected and let the FUN begin!
  • One of our awesome My Gym teachers will host a 1/2 hour party with interactive games, dances, and activities and more.
