Zootopia – A Sensory Friendly Movie Experience at UCPAC’s Hamilton Stage

UCPAC’s Sensory Friendly movie screening of Disney’s “Zootopia” is a digital presentation specially adapted for children and adults with autism and other sensory sensitivities. “Zootopia” (2016) is an animated buddy-cop adventure that proves anyone can be anything if they believe in themselves.

Bright bunny Judy Hopps becomes the first rabbit ever to join Zootopia’s police force. Determined to prove herself, Judy jumps at the chance to crack a mysterious case involving missing predators.

Her investigation forces her to team up with slick, fast-talking fox Nick Wilde, a sly small-time con artist. What starts as a simple missing mammals mystery turns into a citywide conspiracy packed with chases, jokes, and a hilariously slow DMV run by sloths. This program is supported in part by funding from the Union County Board of County Commissioners and the NJEDA’s A.R.T. Phase II Grant Program.
