How to Purchase: 
Buy online, through the D&B Rewards App, at a store kiosk, or with a Team Member. Once purchased, you’ll receive a QR code via SMS or email (if provided). The code must be scanned in-store with a Team Member to activate your benefits. Proof of ID required.

• All passes require enrollment in the D&B Rewards Program at the time of purchase (no app download required).
