Grades: 6-12
Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors, learn how to make maple syrup and the process that goes into it. Come to Lake Rickabear, on February 8, 2025 between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and tap our maple trees. This facilitator-led program will teach you how to drill into the tree, set up the buckets, and determine the difference between a maple tree and all others. Girl Scouts will work towards earning Girl Scout Trees Badge (Cadettes), Eco Explorer Badge (Seniors), and Trail Adventure Badge(Ambassadors).
