Sunburst Gymnastics Training Center in Union, New Jersey

Sunburst is a 17,000 square foot air conditioned facility with state of the art equipment.  We have a wide variety of classes for each and every child from pre school to the most advanced level of gymnastics.  We provide appropriate instruction for both boys and girls from 18 months to 18 years old.

We offer:

Recreational Gymnastic Classes

A one hour once a week class with children of the same age, level, gender, and ability.  The class is always challenging and fun.  These energy packed classes are designed to build both the body and mind through gymnastics.  The classes are structured and focus on skill, safety, confidence, and self achievement.  The instructor’s goal is to motivate with the end result of building character, self esteem, and overall physical development.

Gymnastics compliments all other athletic activities and is foreground to achieving the next level in any other sport.  All events and conditioning are incorporated into the class program.Competitive Gymnastic TeamsBoys and girls teams available for ages 6 to 18.  We offer boys and girls USAG, and girls JOGA teams.  Our team programs are year round and travel within NJ and out of state.  Our programs have won various State, Regional, and National titles.

Summer Camp

Our day camp offers half and full day options based on age.  Pre school camp for children ages 3 and 4 is half day only and runs from 9 am - 12:30 pm.  Campers must be potty trained.  Full day camp is for children ages 5 and up and is from 9 am to 4 pm.  Activities for camp include gymnastics, arts and crafts, recreational games, theme days, theme weeks and sport games.  Pre care available starting at 8:30 am. Kids Night Out

This is a fun and exciting way for your child to spend their Saturday night. Sunburst Gymnastics is giving you the opportunity to drop your kids off for dinner pizza and drinks), gymnastics, arts and crafts, sports games, recreational games and more!  Enjoy a few hours off and let us do all the work. East Coast Elite Cheer

The East Coast Elite is an ALL Star Cheerleading program that offers unlimited travel and elite travel teams for athletes ages 4-18.  At ECE, we build more than skills - we build confidence, teamwork, and lifelong friendships in a fun, family-friendly environment.  Every athlete receives personalized training designed to unlock their full potential and celebrate their progress every step of the way.

With USASF-certified instructors, routines crafted by world-renowned choreographers, and the chance to compete at the nation's top cheerleading competitions, your athlete will be given the tools to shine both on and off the floor.  East Coast Elite holds countless National titles as well as a Gold and Silver medal at the All Star World Championship.  ECE is more than just a program - it's a community, a family, and an unforgettable experience for both your athlete and your family.
