It’s National Cheese Day! Once a large part of northwest NJ agricultural economy, the dairy farm has faded in our state over the years.  A few farms remain – learn about the cheese making process at farms including Bobolink Dairy in Milford or Valley Shepherd Creamery in Long Valley.  Please check their sites for tour dates and times (offered usually on the weekends).
