5 Fun, Healthy & Kid Friendly Breakfast

MONDAY Smoothie all the way!
Strawberry / Banana
6 ice cubes
½ cup of any juice (I like cherry organic)
Strawberries cut up
1 banana sliced
½ cup of Greek yogurt (with 23 grams of protein!!)
Mix in a blender serve in favorite cup with an umbrella and straw
 
TUESDAY for your NUTTER-BUTTER
6 ice cubes
½ cup coconut or almond milk (I like coconut)
1 banana sliced
1 tablespoon of Almond butter
1 table spoon ground flax seed (Shhhh don’t tell them)
Mix in a blender serve in a cup with an umbrella make it fun!
 
WEDNESDAY WAFFLE DAY!
Waffles with berries and banana
Add maple syrup (no Aunt Jamaima here!)
 
THURSDAY – YOU ARE THE APPLE OF MY EYE!
Apple and Honey (Cut apple in slices and place little honey in the middle for dipping) it’s all about the presentation)
 
FRIDAY is FUN DAY!
1 egg – anyway you want it – we like it Sunny side up!
1 sliced tomato
Sliced Avocado
1 slice Canadian Bacon
