Family Jam Montclair - Friendly Music Festival. FREE. June 8-9

Fundraising for this Festival Benefits Montclair Community Pre-K New Discovery Playground.

Family Jam Montclair, a family-focused festival with live music, food, fun activities and more is a free outdoor event. This event is presented by The Montclair Kids Biz Committee of The Montclair Center BID. 

"Family Jam Montclair is a day of celebrating Montclair and the Montclair Community Pre-K’s New Discovery Playground breaking ground this summer as well as all the amazing local businesses and families that make up our community with a day of live music, fun activities, local food and Montclair-based businesses," said Family Jam co-founder Melissa Adler.

Bands performing include the Watchung Mountain Riders, The Great Bonfire, The School of Rock Montclair, Rockness Music, DJ James Vincent and special guest Izabelle the Amazing Hula Hooper.

Families will enjoy arts and crafts, a photo booth, face painting, a braid station, henna art and fairy hair. There will be a wide selection of artisan food for sale from Montclair restauranteurs and local vendors as well as hands-on activities from Montclair organizations.
